I'm working my way through it with every recipe I have the ingredients on hand. I have discovered some amazing recipes that I had not thought I would like, for instance, tuna quesidilla. I have fixed them several times as my game time snack. They are just as good room temp as hot. So far I have not fixed one recipe that I didn't like, though of course, some more than others.Updating here ---- there is a fantastic tuna salad recipe in here. I now use it as my standard. It is Curried Tuna Salad. I always used a lot of mayo in mine but this is so much healthier with only 3 Tblsps for 2 cans and the flavors are outstanding. I no longer even like mayo drenched tuna salad. I believe the recipe calls for dried currants. I've also used raisins, dried cherries and dried cranberries. Whatever I have and they are all delicious.

I wanted more ideas for different ways to create tuna dishes. This book offers me that.
Other than the basic tuna salad, I am not very adept at using fish - even canned tuna in my meals. Fish and I have never been on the best of terms. What a surprise that there are so many recipes available. Easy-to-use and tasty looking and sounding.
